A non-aggression pact between Russia and Turkey was signed at 11:04 p.m. in a hotel ballroom smelling faintly of carpet shampoo. By the Spring 1902 orders a Russian fleet was in the Black Sea, and Turkey described the friendship as a learning experience. No dice were rolled, because the game contains none. Seven players, eighteen supply centers, one very quiet shared drive back to the airport.
